Before you ask

• Does my project need to be open source?

  No. Both open-source and closed-source projects can qualify. For a closed-source project, publish enough technical detail to explain the integration. Graftcode may ask for a demo, selected snippets, or another verification method. You keep your intellectual property.

• What counts as a meaningful integration?

  Graftcode must work in a real execution path and provide useful functionality. Installing a package, adding a configuration file, or publishing a simulated demo is not enough. There is no minimum line count.

• Do I need approval before I start?

  Submit your proposed project for pre-approval before becoming eligible for a reward. Approval confirms participation, but does not guarantee payment. Confirm the project eligibility period with Graftcode when your idea is approved.

• Can I combine results from different platforms?

  Not automatically. Rewards are not cumulative across platforms. Unless agreed in advance, you must reach the €1,000 threshold on at least one qualifying platform. Multiple publications on the same platform are not aggregated without prior approval.

• What should I disclose in my publication?

  Clearly state that your project participates in the Graftcode Impact Programme and that you may receive a monetary reward from Graftcode S.A. Use a platform’s sponsorship or paid-promotion disclosure tools wherever required.

• When and how do I receive the reward?

  Submit your claim, publication links, and analytics evidence within 7 days after the 60-day measurement period ends. Validation normally takes 10 business days after a complete claim. Payment is normally made within 30 days after final approval and receipt of required documentation. Rewards are gross amounts; tax obligations and any required withholding apply.

• Can a team or international developer apply?

  Yes, subject to eligibility and applicable legal, tax, and payment restrictions. Teams nominate one individual or legal entity for administration and payment. One qualifying project receives one reward.
